Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Eligible returns:
- The item must be returned in a resalable condition.
- For unopened items: full refund (minus the original shipping cost).
- For opened items: accepted only if no more than 25% of the product has been used (by weight/volume). We will inspect to confirm the remaining amount.
- Item must include original packaging and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items (no refunds or returns):
- Products where more than 25% has been used or consumed.
- Items that are damaged, abused, tampered with, or show signs of misuse after delivery.
- Personalized, custom-made, or perishable items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.
- For defective products under the manufacturer's warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer first.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 30 days via the form below or email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you by email.
- If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your card issuer or payment provider).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival).
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (in which case we cover it).
Shipping for Returns
- Change-of-mind returns (unopened or ≤25% used): Buyer pays return shipping.
- Our error (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- Free return shipping is available for store credit or exchange (not cash refund).
